At Nexsol, we take particular care to adhere to the standard requirements of Heath, safety and environment. We ensure that all our operations are carried out in strict adherence to HSE standards without causing any harm to our employees, and the public at large while minimizing the impact on the environment and the facilities/infrastructure we operate.
As an organisation, we work systematically to ensure continual improvement of our HSE culture and performance. Our in-house HSE management system is designed in line with the requirements of OSHAS 18001. It clearly defines our HSE expectations in all areas of our operations and throughout our project lifecycle. These expectations set the direction for safety and help all our stakeholders (employees, clients, partners etc) maintain safe practices while interacting with our company.
To ensure that accidents and incidents are prevented during our operations, our employees receive safety training and awareness by way of regular toolbox meetings, aimed at educating them on how to execute their tasks safely, properly and in compliance with applicable local regulations and international standards of safety. Our overall HSE target is ZERO incidents as well as an accident-free and environmentally friendly workplace.
