ENGINEERING & DESIGN
We recognize engineering design as a crucial aspect of a successful EPC project. Our team of engineers are committed to providing quality design solutions. In addition to this, we ensure that our designs are always in compliance with relevant international standards and codes such as BSI, ASME, API, ASTM, etc to produce cost effective solutions and accurate calculations that will save our client’s operating and maintenance costs.
Our Engineering design capabilities includes Conceptual Engineering, FEED, DED, and follow-on Engineering for turnkey projects, upgrades and revamping of swamp, onshore, and offshore energy and oil and gas facilities. All our designs are produced using the most recent CAD tools and ERP tools.
CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
Our construction works are carried out based on detailed engineering drawings received from the client from the project’s engineering phase which are approved for construction. Nexsols provides both onshore and offshore construction and installation services. All construction processes are compliant with standard practices.
Our construction and installation works include:
- Construction and Installation of gas processing plants
- Construction and Installation of produced water treatment facilities
- Construction and Installation of Crude oil production facilities and other Early production Facilities.
- Equipment installation - pumps, compressors, etc.
PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY
Nexsol has strategically partnered with reputable OEMs globally to ensure timely equipment and materials purchase and delivery. In response to the fluid control and management needs and other needs of clients in the oil and gas sector, Nexsol provides a range of standard process equipment directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) at competitive prices near impossible to obtain in the market and in a timely manner. We also provide expert procurement and material management personnel on a contract or Project basis.
We have immense experience in procurement, planning, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, product inspections and expediting services. Our strong sourcing skills enhance the analysis, selection, negotiation and evaluation of suppliers.
